This website presents Kayora's Home, While Away services and lets you contact us through an enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract — it simply starts a conversation. Any service begins only once we have agreed the details together in writing.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties that it is complete or error-free. Service descriptions, availability and pricing (such as service fees or Home Watch rates) may change; the figures shown are indicative starting points, not quotes. Homes shown in the Our Homes section are examples of properties in our care; they are not booking listings.

All content on this website — text, photographs, the Kayora name and the nautilus mark — belongs to Kayora or is used with permission. You may view and share links to this site, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without our written consent.
